Meet Our Team
Kalyan Pathuri - President
Kalyan Pathuri began serving as President in May 2020. Prior to joining Futuris Company, Mr. Pathuri served for 23 years as the CEO of GCP Inc, a Chantilly, VA based custom software development and professional services firm specializing in client/server and Internet Technology where he was responsible for overall business planning and strategy and was instrumental in growing the revenue, profits and business value of the company. He has also worked in senior leadership position with organizations like 3H Technology in Vienna, VA, with Equant in Herndon, VA, etc. Overall Mr. Pathuri has more than 30 years of experience as an operational leader, covering business management, strategy, planning and direction.
Naveen Doki, MD
Naveen Doki is clinically trained to be an Hematologist and Oncologist. He obtained his degree from University of California at Irvine and his fellowship at University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He has an entrepreneurial bent and started his career with his own practice after a short 3 month stint at a local private practice. He has in the past also worked as a successful researcher at various Veterans Administration locations in California. Naveen has always been a consummate entrepreneur with successful investments in real-estate, information technology, Infrastructure and above all Urgent Care practices. He owned 2 urgent care facilities which he divested for lack of time and to put more focus on his medical practice. He also runs his own allergy clinic out of his office in Fairfax. He currently has majority ownership in couple of Information Technology firms. He has active medical licenses in Virginia, California and Maryland. He is board certified by ABIM in Medical Oncology. Prior to relocating to the USA, he worked for Kingston Memorial Hospital in Jamaica.

Automation Architect: In a consulting environment, define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across project teams, implement and architect test global environment by creating Test Framework using tools Java Script, Spock and Groovy. Prepare and maintain Master Test Automation suite on each release and regression test suite to identify bugs in the software products. Work closely with Design, Business and Development team to update the test suite on regular basis. Identify defects in an agile development process, create tickets in issue tracking tool (Jira) and monitor the defects until it gets resolved to make sure it is bug free in production. Resolve technical issues, anticipate risks and ensure timely management escalation, develop automation test scripts using Selenium, Spock framework, Groovy and Maven Surefire, Junit, monitor and schedule jobs via Jenkins (job scheduler) to run multiple jobs and maintain the quality of the product. Manage team in offshore to ensure deliverables are made in timely manner.
